Alarm System

Many of today's new vehicles are supplied with basic factory fitted immobilisers that have no alarm function. This Thacham 1 upgrade Central Locking Alarm Module (CLAM) ensures vehicle security is enhanced. Operating via the vehicle’s original remote control the alarm will arm and disarm automatically so that no additional remote is needed. An illuminated key pad is also supplied and offers additional security and convenience features if required. Inputs for door, bonnet and boot switches plus optional movement sensors (subject to compatibility) make this a comprehensive upgrade. If necessary the system can also be extended to provided central locking for vehicles which do not have the facility as standard.
A dedicated loom is available for Ford Transit and Connect vans.
